甲酸鈣如何應用于水泥中?

甲酸鈣是一種新型的低溫早強促凝劑,針對水泥甲酸鈣可以明顯提高早期強度,縮短凝結(jié)時間,廣泛用于砂漿(瓷磚膠粘劑、水泥基抹灰砂漿、修補砂漿、防水砂漿)地坪和混凝土等行業(yè)。
Calcium formate is a new low-temperature early strength accelerator. For cement, calcium formate can significantly improve the early strength and shorten the setting time. It is widely used in mortar (tile adhesive, cement-based plastering mortar, repair mortar, waterproof mortar) flooring, concrete and other industries.
甲酸鈣即可以加快水泥硬化速度,捉高早期強度,又避免了在冬季或低溫潮濕條件下施工凝結(jié)速度過慢的問題,使水泥產(chǎn)品盡早提高強度投入使用,甲酸鈣對早期強度貢獻較大。
Calcium formate can not only accelerate the hardening speed of cement and improve the early strength, but also avoid the problem of too slow setting speed during construction in winter or under low temperature and humid conditions, so as to improve the strength of cement products and put them into use as soon as possible. 在夏季甲酸鈣摻量通常為水泥的0.3%~0.7%,在冬季甲酸鈣的用量應隨溫度的下降而增加,一般為0.5%~1%,不宜超過2.5%,針對干粉砂漿中使用的硅酸鹽水泥早期強度低后期強度高的特點,在產(chǎn)品中適量添加甲酸鈣,對提高早期強度十分有益。
In summer, the content of calcium formate is usually 0.3% ~ 0.7% of cement, and in winter, the content of calcium formate should increase with the decrease of temperature, generally 0.5% ~ 1%, and should not exceed 2.5%. According to the characteristics of low early strength and high later strength of Portland cement used in dry powder mortar, adding an appropriate amount of calcium formate to the product is very beneficial to improve the early strength.
